Valley View Elementary Center First Grade Students Visit Holy Family Residence
SCRANTON – The Little Sisters of the Poor at Holy Family Residence welcomed 20 students from Ann Marie Skrutski’s first grade class at Valley View Elementary Center, Peckville, on May 7.
During this special visit marking the end of Skrutski’s 35-year teaching career, the children presented the residents with personalized homemade greeting cards and fresh flowers. Following the visit, the children enjoyed milk and cookies and received a plush toy from the Little Sisters.
